Survey's major findings on
Industrial & Placement Training
Industrial & Placement training fail to feed industrial knowledge and industrial demand.
Mostly associate diploma not award to the training candidates particularly in their core domain, which is play major support in their job seeking process.
Habitually training will be concentrate on soft skill and forget to give current required real industrial training and knowledge enhancement of the students.
If at all complete industrial and Placement training, why not they commit for 100% job grantee to their trainees!
Most of the Fresh Graduate gives the feedback on irrelevant training given by Popular Brands through their Training Section but they are not recruiting them to their organization.
Purposefulness Adopted in Exintar's Program

English Communication Training.
a. Short Term English Communication Classes have been initiated (1day,2days or week ).
b. Grammatical way of Teaching.
c. Trainer has to communicate only in English.

a. None of the language can be improved in short term learning because its require Vocabularies, Collocations, Words Handling, Situational Practice, Habitation Usages & Continuous Learning.

Mostly Candidates have undergone Apti training at short period(saying 3,4,5 days or week time) in early pre-final year. Its lead to insufficient practice and lack of continues learning process in result they can not perform at the time of screening test.
Students are not up the mark to get selection in screening test conducted by the recruiter, because most of Aptitude Trainer not committing to the management that their students will be selected in all aptitude screening test it leads to complete the training for commercial point rather than equip the trainee on purposefulness.

Being we are industry we expect that the final year project must be cumulative knowledge of their entire study, where as students are buying the project from external sources without understanding the concept or purpose of the project.
